Information
All the cottages are located in Volcano Village, just a five-minute drive from Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park, a forty-minute drive from Hilo International airport, and a two-and-a-half hour drive from Kona's Keahole airport.
All rates subject to 11.41% Hawai`i taxes. VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted and are used to hold the reservation. However, payment by personal check, travelers checks or cash is preferred.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
for cancellations within two months of the check-in date there will be a charge of 15% of the total cost; within one month, 50% of total cost, unless the house can be rebooked; within twenty-four hours, 100% of total cost.

Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking is allowed only on covered porches.
