Information
All the cottages are located in Volcano Village, just a five-minute drive from Hawaii's Volcanoes National Park, a forty-minute drive from Hilo International airport, and a two-and-a-half hour drive from Kona's Keahole airport.
We have a two-night minimum, except for last-minute inquiries.
All rates subject to 11.41% Hawai`i taxes.
VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted and are used to hold the reservation. Guests may make payment by personal check, travelers checks, cash, or credit card, upon arrival.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For cancellations within two months of the check-in date there will be a charge of 15% of the total cost, unless the cottage can be rebooked; within one month, 50% of total cost, unless the cottage can be rebooked; within twenty-four hours, 100% of total cost.

Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking is allowed only on covered porches.

Reserve Online
Once your request is submitted, we will contact you about availability. If you decide to reserve a cottage, we would request credit card information with which to hold the reservation after which we will e-mail you a confirmation letter.
