Information
All the cottages are located in Volcano Village, just a seven-minute drive from Hawai‘i's Volcanoes National Park, a forty-minute drive from Hilo International airport, and a two-and-a-half hour drive from Kona's Keahole airport.
All 2018 rates subject to 14.04% Hawai‘i taxes; 2019 taxes will be 14.5%. A 50% deposit through a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express account is required at the time that the reservation is made; the balance would be due one month before arrival date. The most secure way to provide your credit-card-account information is by calling the office landline phone (1-808-967-7990), between 8 AM and 5 PM HT (which is displayed on each page of our web site).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Bookings cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund, while bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking is allowed only on covered porches.

Once your request is submitted, we will contact you about availability. If you decide to reserve a cottage, we would request credit card information with which to hold the reservation after which we will e-mail you a confirmation letter.
